The MFG has tremendous fiscal responsibility. Over 99% of the
donations are spent directly in Madagascar*.
This is possible because the San Francisco Zoo, where the MFG
is headquartered, provides office and operational support. But
we do have expenses, including shipping items to the projects
in Madagascar. If you or your company travels to Madagascar, you
can help conservation tremendously by helping the MFG set aside
more money for conservation projects and less money on shipping
expenses.

You have the opportunity to complete a vital link in transferring
equipment, supplies, and other non-hazardous material to the projects
in Madagascar. MFG frequently has items awaiting shipment to Madagascar
that can be placed in unused baggage space on an airplane. From
a laptop computer to a reference textbook, your group can help
